Central LA AHEC currently provides programming through four areas of concentration in an effort to build a qualified and culturally relevant health care workforce and health care system to improve health services and health status in our communities. These areas include programs for health careers promotion for students, health professions training for clinical students, professional recruitment & retention and access to continuing education for medical professionals, and health education and information for members of the community.
